Keith Dunkerley, already captivated by film-making at an early age, attended Cinekyd, a suburban Philadelphia film school for children, by age 11. Advancing in just two years, he was spending his weekends and summer breaks teaching the other students at the school. Having found his passion behind the camera, he furthered his film school education in Chicago at Columbia College, graduating in Cinematography.
In March of 2001, Keith was hand-picked by Cinematographer and two time Oscar winner, Janusz Kaminski to assist on the filming of Steven Spielberg’s “Minority Report”. During the three month internship, Keith was given the opportunity to observe one of the most highly claimed visual artists of our time executing his craft. Within a year, Keith had impressed Kaminski and was hired to work beside him in the camera department on “Catch Me If You Can”
Currently, Keith enjoys working with highly sought-after up and coming directors and talent on a wide range of projects including independent features, commercials, music videos and short films. He is represented at Innovative Artists in Santa Monica California.
